CMP #8 - Tear it up Challenge

So I've been itching to share wedding deets...especially since pre-wedding events are coming up. I'll start posting about everything soon...even the DIY projects ;)

CMP #7 - Spring Challenge

Happy March Everyone!

I can't believe how time flies. It's already March, and Spring arrives in exactly 20 days....YAY! It feels like this winter has been the shortest ever...no complaints here though, as I'm ready for some warm weather!

So lots of exciting things have been going on....one of them being my bachelorette party planning! My bridesmaids are planning a SURPRISE LOCATION GETAWAY in May. I have absolutely NO IDEA where we are going, and I may not know till I actually get on the plane! I'm sooo excited!!!

Well here we go with our new challenge! We are now off to our 7th challenge! This challenge will be a Spring Challenge!

Challenge: Create a card or project using the season of SPRING as your inspiration and theme! That's it....so you can use flowers, bees, bunnies, Easter eggs, the sun...anything you'd like! Note: I will be strict in removing entries that I feel, do not fit the challenge.

With this challenge, I'm throwing in the PINK PICK! This is something extra that you have to have on your creation. The PINK PICK is to use a button on your card. The button DOES NOT have to be pink :)

ICR “HOP 2 HUNT” BLOG HOP!

ICR turned a YEAR OLDER yesterday…..

Congrats to Ash for a wonderful year! Wishing you lots of success, and another beautiful year ahead. Congrats to all the ladies who have joined in on the fun in this past year!

We have put together a TREASURE HUNT FOR YOU PEEPS…. TREASURE HUNT is a game where participants try to find hidden articles/objects termed as TREASURES with the help of CLUES, respectively…..

COLLECT YOUR TREASURES & CLUES FROM THE DESIGNER CARDS ON EVERY DT BLOG…… Look IN FOR THE TREASURES IN THE ICR GALLERY!

AND ONCE you have found the treasures mentioned, you will have to tell us, exactly the name of the creation on which they found the treasure & the name of the creator…. {as it appears in the ICR GALLERY}

I know it is REAL ADVENTUROUS FUN!

Here's my creation! Loved the coloring page/digis from Netmums.com. I sat down and completed this card in one sitting! I was afraid that wasn't going to happen, but I guess the ideas start to flow after you get started!

...and I'm back :)

Finally...I'm back on track after a whirlwind of a trip to India. It almost feels like a dream! Although I'm not enjoying the blistering cold, I was ecstatic to be back home to my fiance and my dog Khushi...I missed them both terribly, so it was so nice to have something to look forward to when leaving India :)

I'll be posting again shortly, so here is my first post for the day...the long awaited challenge winner! I apologize for the Inlinkz not working. I actually had no clue till I got back home from the trip. To make it fair, I listed all of the entries that I could find, before using random.org to pick the winner.

CMP #6 - Color Splash Challenge

Hey Everyone!

Hope you are all enjoing the holiday season! I was away for a few days, and couldn't really say why! Three friends and I traveled down to Texas to surprise a girfriend of ours. SHE HAD NO CLUE! It was awesome, and we all had a great time visiting her. I know she visits my blog occasionally, so I had to be very secretive about it ;)

I have another vacation coming up...it's a trip to INDIA! Since I'll be there till the end of January, this new challenge will go on until I've returned (Jan 24th). I didn't want to leave my blog idle with nothing going on, and so this works out for me. I will be checking up on the blog a few times a week...when I'm not traveling.
