"Coffee & Friends" Card

Hi Everyone!

Here is my second post and card for today.  Gift cards from Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks are great "thank you" gifts, so I wanted to make a few "coffee" themed cards using the Simon Says Stamp Card Kit for February...love this kit!

Here is my card...

I used the sketch from Mojo Monday Card Sketch Challenge #489.

"Hello You"

Hi Everyone!

It's my first day back to work, so this is a scheduled post!  I think I'll be scheduling more often, as I'm back to work after maternity leave.   I feel so blessed to have been able to be home with my babies for the last few months.   It's also nice to be able to get back to work and have more adult conversations.  The next week is going to be a long one, but I look forward to getting busy so that the days go by quickly...wish me luck!

I made another card using a "happy girl."

Here is my card...

I again used both the sketch and color palette from the Your Next Stamp Sketch and Color Challenge #60.

ICRCMAR17 - Anything Goes + Masculine Project

Hey Everyone! ICRCOCT16 - Anything Goes + Mood Board

We have a new challenge going on over at the INDIAN CRAFT ROOM!  Lots of DT inspiration and a great project by out Guest Designer.

Here is our challenge...

Here is my DT inspiration for this challenge...

I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks on Neenah Cardstock and then used an embossing folder for the beautiful design.  I brushed over the paper with Perfect Pearls Powder to give it golden shine.  Finally, I trimmed the pieces and glued them onto the card base .  The sentiment is a sticker from  "Simple Stores" which was part of the April 2016 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit.

Hope you'll join us for this current challenge over at the INDIAN CRAFT ROOM!

Thanks for stopping by!
