Here is a card I created for the March Penny Black Stamps Challenge and Paru's Card Making Challenge. Loved the theme over at Paru's, so had to play along. I'm using an adorable stamp from Penny Black.

Lots of layering with this card. I still haven't decided if this will be a birthday card or not, so no sentiment just yet :)
